About Trefl Group

Trefl is the biggest company that manufactures games and jigsaw puzzles in the CEE region and one of the three biggest toy manufacturers in the entire Europe. Ever since our company was established in 1985, we have been continuously building our position and expanding our range of goods and production capacity.

We sell our products to more than 50 countries around the world. Apart from Poland, we sell games and jigsaw puzzles with the Trefl symbol mainly in markets such as: Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Ukraine, USA and Canada. As a factory, we manufacture over 30 million jigsaw puzzles and games annually.

Games

In 2024, we produced a variety of new board games. Some of them will have their international premiere at the Spiel 2024 trade fair in Essen.

Until recently, Trefl’s offer included games developed mainly for younger children. For many years now, titles such as Boom Boom or Mistakos have been worldwide bestsellers.

This year, we have also prepared exciting options for older fans of games, which will be available at the game fair in Essen. We have developed 6 new titles from which the following are very promising: Cook Island, Capybara Cookie Club, Hexen Cocktail, Match Word, Spy Guy Fantasy and Pyramid. Every board game fan will love these!

Visit us at our booth: 5E 111, hall 5. At the booth, you will find special gadgets and meet the creator of Cook Island – Klaus-Jurgen Wrede. Moreover, we have special, promotional cards for the Spy Guy Fantasy game, which will be available for use during gameplay at Essen. Come say hi!

Jigsaw puzzles

Trefl jigsaw puzzles are created with people of various ages in mind. Among our new products for 2023 are the Prime Unlimited Fit Technology jigsaw puzzles and the Wood Craft wooden jigsaw puzzle series.

In children’s categories, you will find jigsaw puzzles suitable for kids as young as 1 year old. Jigsaw puzzles for children are based on popular licences, such as: The Treflik Family, Babies and the Bear, Frozen, PAW Patrol, Peppa Pig, Kitty Kotty and many more.

Trefl jigsaw puzzles also include high-piece-count designs for teenagers and adults. The number of puzzle pieces in this category starts at 500 and ends at an impressive 13500 pcs.

Our jigsaw puzzles for grown-ups include hundreds of designs with various motifs. Everybody will find something for themselves.

Cook Islands

A great adventure in the Pacific Ocean!

Each round, players place sea tiles on the board, increasing the terrain that can be navigated and, at the same time, indicating the number of spaces a particular adventurer’s ship can move. The task is to discover new islands and start settlements in the highest-scoring locations. Apart from settlements, elements such as sunken treasures or rock obstacles will appear on the board to add variety to the gameplay.

The winner of the game is the player who scores the most points for their settlements and the treasures acquired during the journey.

Capybara Cookie Club

Capybaras invite you to a Tea Party! You must demonstrate cunning and planning skills to win this charming and strategically intriguing game. Your task is to play cards in such a way that, in the end, it is your capybara that keeps the most delicious cookies.

Hexen Cocktail
8+, 2-8, 30 min

Ready your magic cauldrons for an unusual challenge requiring exceptional skills!

You study at a world-renowned Witch Academy and find yourself in the Potions class! One wrong ingredient and the whole mixture might blow up spectacularly, leaving only clouds of smoke and costing you penalty points!

It’s a word game like no other!

In each round, two letters are revealed, and the players’ task is to create words that both start with these letters and match the given categories.

You can get the most points for a word starting with a letter that none of the other players chose, so it’s worth being original!

Spy Guy Fantasy
5+, 1-4, 25 min

The inhabitants of the town of Treflick are terrified!

The mighty dragon Balasar has robbed the residents of their treasures and hidden them in his cave. Spy Guy travels to a world full of magic and fairy-tale creatures to find the dragon’s lair and recover the valuables taken from the townsfolk.

However, finding the dragon’s vault and carrying off its contents is the easier part of the plan. It will be much harder for Spy Guy to safely return to town before the dragon realises what has happened and sets off in pursuit of its loss!

Spy Guy Pyramid
6+, 2-4, 30 min

The lost pyramid of Treflhotep IV has been discovered!

Meanwhile, the cunning Doctor Moritz has stolen the map leading to the pyramid from the archaeologists’ camp and wants to take the hidden treasures for himself. At the explorers’ request, Spy Guy tries to stop him! It’s not easy, though – the road to the vault is dotted with traps!

Spy Guy Pyramid is an observation game where you explore an ancient pyramid. Throughout the gameplay, you must navigate a large 3D board to reveal hidden clues. However, as you uncover some clues, you will conceal others. In this way, the challenge becomes a whole lot more demanding!

Mistakos Platform
6+, 2-4, 20 min

In Mistakos Platform, players dispose of their chairs by building a common structure out of them. The constant spinning of the platform doesn’t make the task any easier. What happens when the music stops? Indeed, not many chairs will remain in place.
